Pastor Dino Rizzo Dino and Delynn Rizzo planted Healing Place Church in Baton Rouge in 1993 and pastored there for 20 years. During that time, the church grew from a handful of people to more than 10,000 in weekly attendance where it became known for outreach and serving the city – A healing place for a hurting world. In 2013, Dino and Delynn moved to Baton Rouge and Dino became the Executive Director of ARC, an organization he co-founded. ARC has planted more than 1100 churches in the U.S. and globally. Delynn has been involved in Worship and in Ministry to Women all of her ministry life. In ARC, she oversees Worship at all ARC Conferences as well as overseeing ARC Women. Dino is also a part of the Senior Leadership Team at Church of the Highlands and oversees all areas of outreach, missions, prison ministries, dream centers and Serve days. He is the author of several books including Serve Your City and is the founder of the Servolution movement in which thousands of churches annually are involved in serving their cities through outreach by being the hands and feet of Jesus. Dino and Delynn have been married for 34 years and have three adult children. |
Pastor Mark Quattrochi Pastor Mark Quattrochi, affectionately known as PQ, is the lead and founding pastor of theChapel, a multi-generational, culturally diverse church in Trinity, Florida. Pastor Randy Bezet Pastor Randy Bezet is the founding and lead pastor of Bayside Community Church in Bradenton, Florida, as well as the founder of RELATE. As a pastor and teacher, he focuses on building the local church, sharing the message of Christ, and helping people reach their full potential. Randy serves on the board of the Association of Related Churches (ARC), and is a board member for Champions Network with Joel Osteen. Randy is also the founder of Relate Coaching: a coaching program focused to help pastors break growth barriers and accomplish the vision God has given them. |
Pastor David Payne Pastor David Payne is the founding and lead pastor of Lifesong Church in Sutton, Massachusetts. As Founder and Lead Pastor, he has led with a passionate vision for the local community with the mission that Lifesong Church reaches 2% of Metro-Worcester helping people come to Know God, Live in Freedom, Discover Purpose, and Deliver Hope. As the first ARC church plant in New England, Lifesong has been previously recognized, for two consecutive years, as one of the fastest-growing churches in the nation. As a board member of Vision New England, he helps connect and resource the church in New England. |
Jordan Bezet With a dedicated mission to lead as many people to Christ as possible, Jordan Bezet has over 5 years of experience serving at Bayside Community Church where he is currently on staff as the Resourcing Youth Director. Ministry is truly at the center of Jordan’s life, even outside of the four walls of the church – whether it be on the golf course, pickle ball court or LSU football stadium (geaux Tigers). Ministering to the youth has recently become part of his life at home too, as Jordan and his wife, Sabel, entered parenthood just this past year with their daughter, Ruby. |
Pastor Chris Goeppner Pastor Chris Goeppner responded to the call of Jesus to leave his community of 20 years in South Florida to launch Riverbank Church in the Upper Valley of New Hampshire in 2010. He and his beautiful bride, Penny, have been married since 1999. In 2008, the Goeppner’s adopted their two sons, Roman and Jadon, from Siberia. His passion is seeing people take their next step in their relationship with Jesus and seeing the gospel advance in New England! He serves as Lead Pastor at Riverbank Church in White River Junction, VT. |
Dan Ohlerking Having grown up in the Philippines and Europe as the son of career missionaries, I felt the call of God on my life at a young age. Now married to my totally perfectly-matched-for-me wife Vicki for 35 years, and blessed to be the father of five absolutely awesome kids and grandfather to one ridiculously amazing boy, I have the joy of serving as part of the team at ARC, and also as the executive Director of Children’s Cup. |
Pastor Dave Ripper Dave Ripper serves as the lead pastor of Crossway Christian Church, a multi-site church in Southern New Hampshire, and as the chaplain for the Boston Bruins. He holds a doctorate in spiritual direction from Fuller Theological Seminary and the Dallas Willard Center for Christian Spiritual Formation at Westmont College. Dave is also the co-author of The Fellowship of the Suffering: How Hardship Shapes Us for Ministry and Mission (IVP, 2018). He and his wife, Erin, a licensed mental health counselor, have two sons, Dallas and Clive, and a daughter, Avila. When Dave is not quoting Dallas Willard, or cheering on the Bruins, he is working towards climbing New Hampshire’s 100 highest and most prominent mountains. |
Dr. Vinnie Cappetta, Ph.D. Vinnie lost his mother and step-father to violent deaths just before his eleventh birthday, but God used this for good as Vinnie committed his life to Christ. Vinnie serves as Counselor in Residence at Crossroads Community Church in Framingham and also serves at a counseling ministry called Check Your Compass, where he focuses on grief, trauma and pre-marital counseling. A native of Connecticut, Vinnie has worked in MetroWest Boston since 1999. He is married to Heather and together they are raising three girls (one in college, one in high school, and one in junior high school). |
