Sometimes the things we say we believe don’t show up in our lives the way they should. Too often our beliefs and our actions are misaligned at best or missing  at worst. When we talk about faith in a religious sense – faith in Christ – we have to face down the actionability of our faith and God’s intent in our present life.

Life demands a lot from us. We make commitments to aspects of it with greater or lesser strength or intent to keep them. Gym memberships, diets, relationships, etc. When we come up short, by choice or setback, the strength to get back to it, or keep it, is hard. Spiritually it’s no different.
