The human experience is loaded with acceptance and rejection around performance, position, and achievement. As a result, we can carry that over into the way we relate to God – or fear His rejection of us. When the angels appeared to the shepherds to tell of Jesus’ arrival, our understanding of God’s acceptance becomes clearer.
